Repairs that can wait without causing major inconvenience or immediate risk, such as a leaking gutter or damaged kitchen unit. |
Complete within 20 working days |

Batched works |
External works with no health and safety risk or immediate risk to the building, such as some doors, windows, plastering, rendering, soffits, fascias, gutters, roofs and chimney stacks. |
