Feedback from Adaptations and Child Hoime Safety scheme
Adaptations – the team have listened to tenant feedback from surveys and are now issuing paper documents as well as electronic as tenants preferred paper records. The website and information to tenants has been improved on minor adaptations and handyperson services after receiving tenant feedback.
Child Home Safety scheme – council tenants will receive a faster response and increased capacity to identify referrals for child home safety equipment fter more trabing for teams to assess need and fit equipment in tenant homes.
