We will make an appointment for one of our ASSIST Assessors to visit you in your home and carry out a needs assessment to determine which services you require. Once your assessment has taken place it may take up to a week for you to start receiving the service.

You can receive any aspect of the service for any length of time. Once you have decided which services you would like and how long you will need them for you will need to sign an agreement before you can start using the service. However, you can change the services and length of time you require them for, if or when your circumstances change.
