My Mansfield

We have created this digital winter edition of our residents’ magazine, My Mansfield, to ensure you get easy access to the very latest news and information.

Following our successful focus on the use of social media, emails and website updates during the pandemic, it was decided to continue communicating with residents digitally first, where appropriate, as this is safe and cost effective.

The ever-changing COVID-19 situation and the impact local and national restrictions could have had on the creation of a printed November edition of the magazine were also taken into consideration when creating this digital version.

Christmas appeals smash targets

Thanks to the generosity of the public and businesses, targets for our Christmas appeals have been exceeded.

Mansfield District Council's Sponsor a Bauble and Secret Santa appeals closed raised a whopping £3,846 - that's £1,846 more than the original target.

A dozen 'elves' from the council worked for three days to wrap around 628 gifts for men, women and children. They also packed 200 food hampers.
