Proposed Mutual Exchange Policy
We are currently reviewing our Mutual Exchange Policy and would like to hear from our tenants.
A mutual exchange allows council and social housing tenants to swap homes with another tenant, subject to landlord approval. We want to make sure our policy is fair, easy to understand and meets the needs of our tenants.
As part of the review, we are inviting tenants to tell us:
Is the current mutual exchange process easy to understand?
What works well?
What could be improved?
What information or support would help you if you wanted to exchange your home?
Your feedback will help shape the future policy and ensure it reflects the needs and experiences of our tenants.
