How are we doing?
We are committed to improving our services to make sure we are delivering what our customers need and expect.
We monitor the performance of the housing service by asking customers to take part in our Tenant perception survey and measuring key performance indicators including how we keep our tenants homes safe. We also compare our performance against other similar organisations to assess our performance and gain insights.
Performance against the satisfaction measures and key performance indicators are updated on an annual basis along with a plan of the actions we intend to take to improve our performance.
