What happens next ?
Your application will be assessed by a Housing Management Officer. Applications for Mutual Exchange will not be assessed unless all parties involved have submitted fully completed application forms separately. The date for receipt of application will be counted from the day the latest fully completed application for Mutual Exchange has been received.
The assessment process will be based on the following:
• Completion of a property inspection;
• Landlord references if an external tenant is involved;
We will provide a written decision within 42-days of receiving completed applications for Mutual Exchange.
