How to apply for a mutual exchange?
Although Mutual Exchanges usually involve 2-way swaps, MDC will accept applications for multiple swaps involving 3 or more parties.
All mutual exchange partners must complete and submit MDC Mutual Exchange Application forms separately and provide all the necessary information and documents requested on the form and by the Housing Management Officer to help assess their application.
All named tenants on a joint tenancy must sign the Mutual Exchange application form. If for any reason, this is not possible, tenants must contact their Housing Management Officer for advice.
