What the review found

The review found many positives, including:

  • Tenants are increasingly satisfied with how complaints are handled
  • Most tenants feel they are treated fairly and with respect
  • There are good opportunities for tenants to have their say and influence services

It also identified areas where we need to be clearer, more consistent and easier to access – particularly for people who may face barriers when using housing services.
