We want all tenants to feel treated fairly, respected and able to access housing services easily. To help us check how well we are doing, we asked an independent organisation to review our Housing service.
This review looked at our policies, how staff work, tenant feedback and satisfaction information. It also checked how we meet our legal duties under the Equality Act 2010.
