How to get emergency food support

If you are staying at home due to COVID-19 and need food, try to book a supermarket delivery slot or ask family, friends or neighbours to deliver supplies to your door.

If you live in Mansfield district and don’t have anyone who can help you get food, please call us on 01623 463463 during normal office hours.

We close at 12noon on 24 December and reopen at 8.30am on Monday 4 January. If you need food urgently during this time, please contact our emergency number on 01623 463050.

If you need any other support (not food) due to COVID-19, please contact Nottinghamshire County Council on 0300 500 8080 during office hours. The county council’s Customer Contact Centre is closed on 25 and 28 December and 1 January. You can also find information on the county council's coronavirus webpage (opens in new window).
