Lift Safety
Monitoring and reporting our compliance with health and safety requirements.
The council produces a quarterly compliance report on performance for the above housing health and safety items.
Housing health and safety compliance also forms part of the Social Housing Regulator’s Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM’s) which are submitted annually to the Regulator.
