Key project dates*:
- December 2024 – co-funding secured from Nottinghamshire CC
- April 2025 - demolition and asbestos removal, subject to planning
- February 2026 - award of main works contract
- October 2027 – scheduled build completion
- January 2028 – tenant fit out and full operational completion
- Spring 2028 – open
