Proposed disposal of open space under Section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972
Notice has been given in accordance with Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Mansfield District Council (“the Council”) intends to dispose of the following areas of open space (each individually called hereinafter “the Land”):

They may also be inspected free of charge during normal opening hours from Monday to Friday at the Civic Centre, Chesterfield Road South, Mansfield, NG19 7BH.
The council is required to consider any objections to any of the proposed disposals of the Land. Any persons wishing to object or make any other representation regarding any of the proposed disposals should write to Legal Services, Civic Centre, Chesterfield Road South, Mansfield, NG19 7BH or email cmason@mansfield.gov.uk by noon on 2 January 2024 stating the grounds for any objection or representation.
