Interested in becoming a trader?
We are looking for new product lines to join our market including: crafts, household and gardening, haberdashery, hair and beauty, health products, crockery, soft furnishing, party goods, clothing and hot food stalls.
To become a trader you will need to provide us with:
- Photographic ID
- Proof of Public Liability Insurance (minimum £5m)
- Food Hygiene and Food Rating, if applicable.
- Licenses, if applicable.
- PAT testing, if applicable.
- Risk assessment, if applicable.
All our stalls have fixed roofs and lighting.
Stalls start from just £11 a day with £1 parking (for first vehicle and 50p for any additional vehicles) and £1 maintenance fee.

Offers and discounts
When traders use more than one stall, we offer discounts, 5% for two, 10% for three, 15% for four and 20% for five or more stalls.
We also have kipper season from 1 January to 31 March when all rates are reduced, £5 off for A and B stalls and food pitches, £3 off for C stalls.
Regular traders
If you wish to become a regular trader a stall will be allocated to you. Stalls are allocated monthly. You can apply for a regular stall by completing our regular traders application form (opens in new window).
