Tenant Scrutiny Panel Member
Purpose of the role
The Tenant Scrutiny Panel reviews housing services in detail, investigating what works well and where improvements are needed. The panel produces recommendations to improve service quality and tenant experience.
Key responsibilities
• Examine service performance and outcomes
• Take part in service reviews and “deep dives”
• Speak with staff and tenants to gather insight
• Develop recommendations for improvement
• Monitor progress against agreed actions

• Willingness to work collaboratively with other tenants and staff
Time commitment
• Approximately 2 hours every month
• Participation in occasional review sessions
