1) What are these tenant roles?
They are opportunities for tenants to influence housing services, policies and performance. Each group has a different focus:
- Tenant Assurance Panel – strategic oversight and accountability
- Tenant Scrutiny Panel – service reviews and improvement
- Policy Review Group – reviewing policies before decisions are made
