What is the Tenant Assurance Panel
The Tenant Assurance Panel is a group of tenants who help check how well Mansfield District Council is doing as a landlord. The panel looks at important information about housing services, including performance, tenant involvement and how the Council is meeting national housing standards. Its role is to give honest feedback and help make sure the Council is listening to tenants and acting in their best interests.
