Private Sector Housing
The following services and initiatives delivered include:
- Provision of grants for disabled adaptations following a referral from the Nottinghamshire County Council Occupational Therapy Team
- Provision of grants for affordable warmth schemes (subject to funding)
- Enforcement of housing standards within the private rented sector
- Licensing of Houses in Multiple Occupation
- Providing advice to private tenants and landlords in regards to property conditions
- Investigate allegations of illegal eviction and harassment
