Policy Review Group Member
Purpose of the role
The Policy Review Group ensures housing policies are fair, clear and reflect tenant needs. Members review draft policies and provide feedback before decisions are finalised.
Key responsibilities
- Review new or revised housing policies
- Comment on clarity, fairness and tenant impact
- Suggest improvements and changes
- Ensure tenant perspectives are reflected in decision-making
What you’ll contribute
- Your perspective as a tenant
- Practical feedback on how policies affect residents
- Willingness to review documents and share opinions
Time commitment
- Around 2 hours per policy review
- Up to 4 reviews per year
- Undertaken in the comfort of your own home
