Pay your Housing rent

There are many ways to pay your Housing rent, including by Direct Debit, online, via our 24 hour payment line, or in person at a Post Office or PayPoint location.

Direct Debit

Setting up a Direct Debit is quick and easy.

You'll need:

  • Housing rent account number
  • bank name, branch and sort code
  • bank account number on the name(s) on the account

Paying online is easy and secure.  We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Make a payment online

You'll need your Housing rent account number.  This can be found on your payment card.

In person

Allow three working days for your payment to reach your account.  

PayPoint outlet: Take your plastic Housing rent card or your bar code letter with you.
