Is the information we have about you correct?
From April 2024, Mansfield District Council (MDC) will be required to meet the new consumer standards and show that alongside delivering good quality and safe homes, we are delivering good quality services that meet residents’ needs. To both enable and demonstrate this, it is important that as a landlord we hold good quality information about our tenants, and that we use this information to shape how we deliver our services.
Examples of how we might use this information includes:
- Tailoring our responses to requests for services
- Identifying groups of tenants that may have difficulties managing their tenancy
- Developing and delivering appropriate support services
- Ensuring you have the right opportunities to feedback or get more involved in designing services
- Promoting services to those who we have identified as being underrepresented in accessing them and who may benefit from them
We will be contacting all our tenants using different communication methods to gather information about their household and circumstances and putting in plans to make sure this information is kept up to date.
You do not have to wait to be contacted you can update your information now on the link below
