Change my number of garden waste bins
Please note that the contracted service year runs from April to March so we always encourage signing up at the beginning of the service period to get the best value for money.
Customers can have up to 3 additional garden waste bins.
Change my garden waste bin quantity
If you have not yet signed up for Garden Waste, please use the Garden Waste sign up form. You can also change your quantity during sign up.
Additional bins cost of £25 per bin annually.
We currently can only accept online card payments for any additional bins at this time, if you are existing Direct Debit customer, you will have to pay for any additional; bins by card, but your quantity and mandate will be changed for the following financial year.
No refunds are available for garden waste bin quantity reductions, please refer to the terms and conditions for Garden Waste subscriptions.
If you no longer want your brown bin please let us know using the end my garden waste subscription form and we will collect it free of charge.
You can check your collection days using the Check your bin day form online.
Ensure your brown bin is put out by 6am on the day of collection.
