Join us for a 2 hour adult play at our beautiful studios located on Wood St in Mansfield. Our trained instructors will guide you through half an hour of aerial fitness (hoops, silks, sling), pole fitness and adult commercial dance. All of our content will be for complete beginners meaning you wont need any experience to join us. Just come along and have fun! Our fitness type builds stamina, strength and tones muscles you didnt know you had! All ages, shapes and sizes are welcome to our warm and inviting no judgement community. We promise you will have a great time! Dont want to go home? Stay for an extra 2 hours after and meet our existing customers for a studio social play!
