Notice of vacancy in the office of District Councillor, Oaktree Ward
Notice is hereby given.
Under Section 87(2) of the Local Government Act 1972 that a Casual Vacancy exists in the office of District councillor for the above ward of the District of Mansfield.
Section 89 (1) (b) of the Local Government Act 1972 provides that an election shall be held within 35 days (so computed) after notice in writing of a request for an election has been given to me by two local government electors for the area.
