The park has facilities to suit the activities of very young and teenage children, families and older people. It is connected to a good network of trails so suits those who enjoy a pleasant walk with their dog within the park itself and the adjoining Local Nature Reserve or those who venture further afield to join the Maun Valley Trail into the wider countryside or into the town centre. The River Maun is also an aquatic feature of the park.
The Titchfield Tea House is a cafe right in the heart of the park in the Pavilion. It provides a full menu including hot and cold drinks, snacks, meals, cakes and pastries.
The park is also located next to Water Meadows Swimming & Fitness Complex on Bath Street, where car parking is available.
