Maintenance and repairs

Responsibility for the maintenance and repair of a business property varies between each type of property. Your lease or tenancy agreement details what you (the tenant) and we (the landlord) are responsible for.

Sometimes we will arrange to do the work but will recharge the cost to tenants. This is usually when a number of tenants share a building and we arrange the repairs on behalf of the group.
