Information for Landlords

The Benefit Service now has a self-service portal where a landlord can download their payment schedules and make general enquiries over their tenant’s claim. All landlords who receive housing benefit payments will need to be registered on our portal. If you are a landlord and are not registered on the portal please email your contact details to benefits@mansfield.gov.uk and we'll be in touch to support you.

As the portal allows landlords to access information on demand, we are no longer sending out paper schedules. To obtain this information landlords will need to be registered on the portal.
