Information for Landlords
The Benefit Service now have a self-serve portal where a Landlord can download their payment schedules and make general enquiries over their tenant’s claim. We are currently transferring all Landlords to the portal. If we have not yet contacted you please email us your contact details to benefits@mansfield.gov.uk and we will contact you over how you can be set up on the portal.
We will shortly stop sending out paper schedules and therefore to get details of the payments made to you, you will need to be registered on the portal.
