Mansfield Granada: Exhibition to celebrate town's former music venue
Radio Mansfield 103.2 presenter and longstanding friend of Mansfield Museum, Ian ‘Watko’ Watkins, has always been fascinated by the history of the Granada.
The Granada was a music venue where Primark now sits in the town centre which hosted top names such as The Rolling Stones and The Beatles.
To mark the 50th anniversary of the Granada closing, Ian is hosting an exhibition here at Mansfield Museum, showcasing photographs, videos and other memorabilia to celebrate the venue.
