The Young Creatives Collective (YCC) is group of young people aged 16 to 25 with variety of creative practices who meet regularly at Mansfield Palace Theatre and Mansfield Museum to share skills, knowledge, and build local community of creatives.
We are looking to expand the collective in 2026, and excited to announce that applications for new members are now open.
If you are young person aged 16 to 25 and have an interest in arts and other creative pathways, we would love to see your application.
The YCC is open to all; no previous experience, training, or qualification is required. We welcome professional and non-professional creatives to the collective.

Please note that applying doesn't guarantee a place within the collective. All applications will be reviewed by Cultural Services staff and then peer-reviewed by current collective members. Please refer to the selection policy for more information.
