Home educating? Join us at Mansfield Museum for a creative and inspiring workshop designed especially for Home Education families with children aged 9–14.
Led by poet and performer Leanne Moden, this fun and friendly session invites families to explore the museum’s fascinating collections and uncover the hidden stories behind the objects on display. Using the galleries as our inspiration, we’ll transform our ideas into original stories and poems together.
This interactive workshop is a wonderful opportunity for young people to develop their creative writing, speaking and listening skills, while learning new and surprising facts along the way. It’s also a great chance for Home Educators to connect, socialise and enjoy learning in a relaxed, supportive environment.
