A night of exceptional stand-up comedy is coming to Mansfield Palace Theatre on Saturday 12 September, as the UK's most famous comedy club, The Comedy Store, brings a stellar line-up of rising stars to Nottinghamshire.

Celebrating more than 45 years at the forefront of live comedy, The Comedy Store has built an unrivalled reputation for discovering and nurturing some of Britain's biggest comedy names. Performers including Eddie Izzard, John Bishop, Jimmy Carr, Rhod Gilbert and Sarah Millican all appeared at The Comedy Store before achieving nationwide success.

Audiences in Mansfield will have the opportunity to experience the next generation of comedy talent, with performances from Sammy Dobson, Faizan Shah and Joe Wells.

North East favourite Sammy Dobson has become one of the UK's most exciting emerging comedians, delighting audiences with her warmth, quick-fire wit and engaging stage presence. Alongside her comedy career, Sammy has appeared in numerous television dramas and films, including Byker Grove, I, Daniel Blake, Boy Meets Girl and Meet The Richardsons.

Joining the bill is Faizan Shah, one of Manchester's most promising stand-up acts. His carefully crafted material explores family, identity and mental health through the lens of growing up in an immigrant household, earning him widespread praise from audiences and fellow comedians alike.

Completing the line-up is Joe Wells, a critically acclaimed comic whose stand-up combines personal stories about autism and mental health with sharp social observations. Joe's online comedy clips have attracted millions of views, while his live tours continue to sell out across the UK.

Described by Time Out as "still the greatest and most influential comedy club on the planet", The Comedy Store promises an evening packed with laughter and unforgettable performances.
