Stepping into Tina’s iconic heels is Kent-born powerhouse Holly Bannis, whose journey to the spotlight is as inspiring as her performance. The daughter of Hot Chocolate’s lead singer Greg Bannis, Holly grew up surrounded by music and spent over a decade honing her craft before her breakthrough moment on ITV’s showbiz impersonation talent show, Starstruck.
“I had to audition as three of my musical icons, and Tina was an obvious choice for me,” Holly explains. “During lockdown, I studied her performances obsessively - her moves, her walk, her energy.”
Originally joining the production as a backing singer and understudy, Holly quickly rose to take centre stage, wowing audiences and earning standing ovations night after night with her powerful vocals and commanding stage presence.
