Tribute acts will bring the iconic sounds of music legends alive this Spring and Summer

Mansfield Palace Theatre is set to become a musical time machine this spring and summer, as a sensational string of tribute acts hits the stage from May through July.

Whether you're into rock, pop, disco, or soul, the upcoming season offers something for every music fan — bringing the spirit and sound of legendary artists to life in show-stopping style.

The season kicks off on Thursday 1 May with the world-famous Cavern Beatles, transporting audiences back to the Fab Four’s heyday. The magic continues with T.Rextasy on Thursday 8 May, a glam rock celebration of Marc Bolan and T. Rex. On Friday 9 May, the stage lights up with Arrival – The Hits of ABBA, followed by From Gold to Rio on Saturday 10 May, a hit-packed tribute to both Spandau Ballet and Duran Duran.

May continues strong with Gladness (a tribute to Madness) on Friday 16 May, and the moving vocals of The Roy Orbison Story on Saturday 17 May. On Wednesday 21 May, audiences can experience the beautifully harmonised storytelling of The Simon and Garfunkel Story, before wrapping up the month with feel-good favourite Sweet Caroline – A Tribute to Neil Diamond on Friday 30 May.

June brings a smooth and stylish swing with A Man and His Music – A Frank Sinatra Tribute on Friday 6 June, followed by disco kings Jive Talkin’ and their tribute to the Bee Gees on Wednesday 11 June. On Friday 13 June, rock anthems rule with The Best of Queen by Majesty, and on Friday 27 June, The Bon Jovi Experience turns up the volume with arena-worthy energy.

As summer hits its stride, Thursday 17 July brings soulful vibes with Love Really Hurts Without You, a heartfelt tribute to Billy Ocean. Finally, Wednesday 23 July brings vocal fireworks in Queen of the Night – A Whitney Houston Celebration, a powerhouse performance that’s sure to raise the roof.

 “We're thrilled to welcome such a vibrant and diverse lineup of tribute acts to Mansfield Palace Theatre this season,” said a theatre spokesperson. “These performers don’t just cover the songs — they capture the spirit of the icons they celebrate. It’s going to be a truly unforgettable few months of live music on our stage.”
