Let us entertain you this June

As always, our programme of events for the next month here at Mansfield Palace Theatre is a mix of something for all ages and tastes.
From tributes to music greats to familiar faces from the entertainment world, plus well-known stories including Shakespeare thrown in for good measure.
Marc Bolan and T.Rex, were some of the most flamboyant, charismatic stars of the original glam-rock era. Hear all of their hits performed by T-Rextasy on Wednesday 5 June.
Talon return to perform ‘The Best of the Eagles’ on Thursday 6 June. Their To the Limit 2024 tour will feature the timeless back catalogue including Hotel California, Take It Easy, One Of These Nights, Desperado, and many more.
A must see for all Bowie fans, Bowie Experience on Friday 14 June is direct from the West End and features all the hits from A to Ziggy. So, put on your red shoes and Let’s Dance!
Get ready to be transported back to the 80s heyday of classic rock with UK Rock Show on Friday 21 June. Expect fireworks, flames and amazing lighting as a five-piece band recreate hits from rock gods such as Journey, Aerosmith, Def Leppard, Bon Jovi, Kiss, AC/DC, Van Halen and many more.
George Michael tribute, FastLove, has it all on Thursday 27 June. From the power to the emotion, this stunning production with full video and light show includes all the hits including Wake Me Up, Too Funky, Father Figure, Freedom, Faith, Knew You Were Waiting, Careless Whisper and many more.
Queen of the Night on Saturday 29 June is a celebration of the music and life of one of the greatest singers of all time: Whitney Houston. Experience the ultimate tribute to her remarkable repertoire in an electrifying production that honours her timeless songs with sensational vocalists and a full live band.
As seen on the BBC, brace yourself for the award-winning Flat and the Curves on Thursday 13 June. Imagine Sex and the City teams up with The Spice Girls; they've been called “the most dynamic girl group to hit the circuit” by the Sunday Express and "SIX meets Bridesmaids" by legendary drag act Danny Beard.
Neil Sands’ returns for another nostalgic matinee show in Thank You for the Memories on Wednesday 19 June. Join him on a journey through the fabulous 40s, the rocking 50s, the swinging 60s and the sensational 70s. From Vera Lynn to Abba and everything in between, the show will also celebrate the 80th anniversary of D-Day with a patriotic flag waving finale.
Jazz FM presenter Clare Teal brings her band to the Palace stage on Friday 28 June in the Clare Teal Seven. As one of the UK’s greatest interpreters of popular song and much loved performers, Clare and her band guarantee an evening of inspirational, uplifting music and unbridled entertainment performed by the very best.
The Lion Inside leaps from page to stage on Wednesday 25 and Thursday 26 June. Bring your little ones to experience live theatre and music in this heart-warming tale about confidence, self-esteem, and a shy little mouse who sets out on a journey to find his roar.
Shakespeare in the Park returns on Sunday 30 June as Oddsocks present Julius Caesar in Titchfield Park. Rome 44BC. Egotistical Emperor Julius Caesar is sweating (and it’s not just the heatwave). The peasants are revolting. Expect the tearing of togas, the swishing of roman swords, some preposterous puppetry and the biggest battle scene five actors have ever created!
