We have some exciting news, but firstly Happy New Year and thank you again for all of your support in 2023.
In order to improve your experience with us at Mansfield Palace Theatre, we are switching to a new ticketing provider. Spektrix are the market leader and we are excited to work with them to make your purchases easier.
Please be aware that the Box Office will be closed for staff training on Thursday 4 and Friday 5 January. Although the office and phone lines will be closed, you can still browse and book online at Mansfield Palace Theatre over the next two days. Box Office will reopen for its usual Saturday hours of 10am to 1pm on 6 January.
On Monday 8 and Tuesday 9 January, all booking channels will be temporarily unavailable as we move everything across to our bigger and better platform.
Normal service will resume on Wednesday 10 January with Box Office and telephone lines open from 10am and online booking available from midnight.
Please follow our feeds for updates and bear with us if anything changes on this timeline. We naturally expect some small disruption and teething problems as we switch hundreds of shows and thousands of seats onto a new system.
