Young Person's Performance Workshop
As part of our Young Person’s Series, we’re excited to introduce a dynamic Performance Workshop designed to help you overcome stage nerves and build confidence in front of an audience.
Whether you’re a poet, musician, comedian, or simply curious about performing, this supportive session will help you feel more at ease on stage and more confident in your creative voice. You’ll connect with other young creatives, pick up practical performance tips, and take part in fun, confidence-boosting activities.
The workshop will be led by our Open Mic host Mia Hagues, with support from GOBS Collective, a Nottingham-based spoken-word group known for championing bold, authentic expression.
Our Young Person’s Series is all about creating a safe, welcoming space for young creatives to share their work — and this workshop is no exception.
