Exchanges or cancellations

If Mansfield Palace Theatre need to cancel your performance for any reason, you will be entitled to a full refund.

If you cannot come to the show, we will swap your ticket up to 48 hours before for a different date for the same production. Any changes will be subject to a £2 per ticket admin fee and tickets must be returned to the box office. We will not be able to move your tickets to a different show.

All tickets are strictly non-refundable.

Carer discount and accessible seating

If you require a registered carer or companion to assist you whilst visiting our theatre, you can register for them to receive a half-price ticket. To register, you need to complete an essential companion form, available online or at box office. We will also need proof of Personal Independence Payment, Disability Living Allowance, Attendance Allowance or diagnosis letter to be eligible.

Concessions

For some shows, concession tickets will be available for people aged 60 and over, 16 and under and for students (proof will need to be shown).

Nobody under the age of 12 is allowed to watch a show without an adult.

Children

A child priced ticket applies to children aged between 2 and 16 years inclusive.

Babies in the Auditorium 

Up to two year old, your baby can sit on your lap free of charge.

Reserving tickets

We will be happy to reserve your tickets for 7 days up to 1 month before a show date.

Booking fees

Your ticket price may include a booking fee, but all our advertised prices include this, so you don’t need to worry about adding any extras.

The price you see is the price you pay.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are available to purchase from the box office. They will be valid for 2 years from the date they are purchased.

Venue rights

Mansfield Palace Theatre reserve the right to refuse admission.

Sometimes the cast may change with no notice because of illness or other reasons beyond our control.

Ticket prices and show times may change from time to time, so we cannot guarantee our prices or the timings listed. 

If you are late arriving to the show, we will get you to your seats at the most convenient moment to avoid any disturbances. This could mean you will not be able to take your seats until the interval.
