What we need
We will need you to submit the completed pre-application advice form and include a plan identifying the site, plus any supporting information. You will also need to pay the appropriate fee before we can proceed.

Dealing with your request
In dealing with your request, we will highlight the key issues relating to your proposals and advise you on how to progress your proposals.
We will assess your proposal, provide you with our opinion and detail any requirements to consider if you then make a planning application. We will respond in writing to you within 4 weeks for minor schemes and 8 weeks for major schemes.
Advice provided through this service is informal and given in good faith by Officers, without prejudice to any decision which is ultimately made by the Council.
