Homelessness - The Decision
We will make a decision after 56 working days of you submitting your application.
You will be notified of this decision in writing within three working days of the decision being made.
Sometimes decisions are delayed, usually due to:
- waiting for information or documents we have asked you for
- waiting for a reply from an enquiry we have made with someone else about your case
If you disagree with the decision then you can ask for a review to take place.
You must do this within 21 days of the date you received the decision letter.
