The helpline is open Mondays 10am-6pm, Tuesdays/Thursdays/Fridays 10am-4pm, Wednesdays 10am-1pm and 5-7pm.
Advice and support can be provided around any issues which impact on single parents, such as child maintenance, contact, employment, education, benefits, housing and debt.
