'At home' shouldn't mean 'at risk'. The household isolation rule does not apply if you need to leave your home to escape domestic abuse. Please see the Government website for advice about COVID-19 and domestic abuse.

If you have concerns about an adult at risk you can email and report issues anonymously. You can call 0300 500 8080 Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and call 0300 456 4546 out of hours.
