Customer Comments Policy
The Mansfield Palace Theatre has a very detailed customer comments policy. All comments made to Mansfield Palace Theatre whether verbal or written are logged, passed to the relevant department and then shared with the whole Theatre.
What our audience tells us helps to make improvements and changes that benefit everyone.
So let us know exactly what you think! You can do this by email, by letter, or by filling in a ‘How Was It For Your’ questionnaire. You could even ‘Tweet’ us @MansfieldPalace or just have a chat with a member of staff who will make sure your comments are noted. From time to time we may like to include your comments in publicity material that will help spread the good word about our Theatre but if you don’t want us to do that, then just let us know!
If there is something you think we are doing well, then please, let us know…and if there is something you think we can improve on then we gladly welcome your suggestions.
