The number of anti-social behaviour (ASB) incidents reported in Mansfield in the 12 months from April 2012 to March 2013 was down by more than a third compared to the previous year and all crime across the district fell by more than 10% for the same period.

Mansfield District Council last night (14 May) appointed Cllr Julia Yemm, ward councillor for Sherwood, as its new Chair of the Council for the year ahead. Cllr Andy Wetton, ward councillor for Meden, was appointed as Vice-chair.
