Activities to entertain the kids (and adults!) all summer
Information about hundreds of leisure, cultural and fun activities to keep kids entertained throughout the school holidays is now available in the summer What's On Guide.
Mansfield District Council, Mansfield District Leisure Trust and Mansfield BID are putting on a whole range of FREE and low cost events and activities to keep the whole family entertained over the summer holidays.
The Guide includes information about the Summer in the Streets programme, Mansfield Museum's summer exhibition and events, as well as multi sports activities, a climbing wall, and arts and crafts activities.
The summer of fun will begin on 21 July and activities will be running across the District until 2 September.
The Guide can be downloaded by clicking on What's On Summer Guide 2012, on the right hand side of this page. It is also being handed out to local schools, leisure centres and community centres. It gives details of the full schedule of events and activities including dates, times and locations.
Tony Egginton, Executive Mayor, said: "This summer is jam packed with fun events and activities to keep all ages entertained and I hope that everyone will enjoy and make the most of the activities on offer."
