Mansfield Arts Festival event correction
Mansfield District Council would like to correct an error printed in its brochure about the Mansfield Arts Festival.
The phone number published in the Mansfield Art Festival programme for the The King and Miller of Mansfield; A Dramatic Tale by Robert Dodsley, with Three Mansfield Tales event is incorrect and people wishing to book tickets for the performance should call 07516 883 437.
The script in hand performance takes place on 11 July at the Brown Cow Pub, 31 Radcliffe Gate, Mansfield, from 7.45 to 9.30pm. Tickets cost £3.
The Mansfield Arts Festival takes place between 7 and 15 July and is packed with activities, exhibitions, performance, art and music.
Inspired by the London 2012 Cultural Olympiad, the Festival sees Mansfield District Council, including its Palace Theatre and Museum, Mansfield Library, The Old Library, Vision West Notts, schools and community groups come together to create an exciting programme of activities and events for everyone across the district to get involved in. The Festival aims to celebrate the best of Mansfield through a range of performances, music and art.
The programme detailing all of the events taking place during the festival is available from schools and colleges, doctors, dentists, libraries, SureStart, community centres, supermarkets, Mansfield District Council buildings and children's play centres across the District.
