Pay Policy
The Pay Policy Statement includes details about the remuneration of Chief Officers at the time of recruitment as well as arrangements relating to increases and additions to remuneration, the level and elements of remuneration including salary, bonuses and benefits in kind, the use of performance related pay and bonuses as well as the approach to the payment of Chief Officers on ceasing to hold office. The Statement also considers the lowest pay, mean and median pay levels in the organisation.
