Cashback offer for new business tenants
Mansfield District Council is offering £500 cashback to new tenants who take up office accommodation at any of the four Business Places across the District.
The Council held an event to celebrate the latest newly furnished office space at Armstrong Hall, Brougham Avenue, Mansfield, on Thursday 1 December.
The Eats and Treats event was aimed at business professionals who may be looking for office space or conference facilities for training or have clients who need new office accommodation.
Free drinks, nibbles, massages, mini-manicures and competitions on a Wii games console were on offer. A new tenant who moved into Armstrong Hall on Thursday, Geraldine Orman, of Handy Helpers Home Services Ltd, was among those who enjoyed a mini-manicure (see photo attached and caption below).
The other three Business Places are Langford Road Mansfield; Park Road, Mansfield Woodhouse and Burns Lane, Warsop.
All the accommodation offers flexible and varied office and workshop space, extensive business support, IT facilities and secure premises.
It is ideal for people who currently work from home but are looking to move into an office or workshop, or as a temporary solution to an office restructure.
The cashback offer is based on a first come, first served basis and awarded upon receipt of the second month's rent.
