Our service standards set out the quality of service you can expect from us and as well as general service standards, we have also developed specific service standards relating to different service areas within the housing department.

We use a variety of methods to measure how we are performing against our standards including performance indicators, customer feedback and mystery shops.
The Housing Services Panel scrutinises our performance against the standards and will hold us to account where we do not meet any of the standards.
