Corporate Director and Head of Service - Delegated Decisions
As well as Councillors making decisions for the Council, senior officers are also delegated with powers to take certain decisions. Pl ease find below all the officers and their respective job titles effective 1 April 2011.Their decisions are attached on the right side of this page.
Corporate Director and Head of Service delegated decisions
The Council's Constitution authorises the Corporate Directors and Head of Services to take decisions on matters which are outlined in the Scheme of Delegations to Officers. Part 3 of the Constitution details those matters so delegated to the Corporate Directors and Heads of Service to provide for effective and transparent decision making.For any decisions taken by the Managing Director please click here :Managing Director Delegated Decisions
All delegated decisions must be accompanied by a supporting written report,reports are available for inspection by the public during office hours or can be emailed,however in reports where there is any 'exempt information' this will be omitted
